Um...Ingram isn't hot because he injured Butler's knee by "running to aggressively". Sounds fine to me. I want to see him run that way. That doesn't sound like a problem to me.

I do hope Hawthorne will be able to pick it up because he was a monster in Seattle before coming over to NOLA.

3-4 might not be the best fit for him though, but if he manages to stay healthy, he might just have a chance to take the field with the first string at some point in the season.

I'll be the first one to say that I've been and am critical of the move to bring Mark Ingram to the Saints...

Didn't think he was worth the draft picks to get him; don't care for the way he's been used considering the effort made to bring him to the Saints...

Expect more production from a first round pick running back; and am still wanting...

That said - How in Sam Hill do you blame him for Victor Butler's injury?!?

Does this writer have specific knowledge that Ingram intentionally injured Butler?!?

I think Ingram makes HUGE Steps to the level that his drafting warranted...

But to say he's not hot because of the Ingram-Butler collision and subsequent injury is whacked...
