Revenge of the Sunshiners?

There's no reason New Orleans can't defeat four of the next five opponents (Rams, Cardinals, Buccaneers and Raiders; probably not the Vikings) who are struggling as badly, or worse. Problem is, there's also reason for the Rams, Cardinals, Buccaneers and Raiders to believe they can win. After all, the Saints so far can't run (60 yards per game) or stop the run (174.5 yards allowed per game), continue to commit stupid, pre-snap penalties and will be working without Pro Bowl running back Deuce McAllister for at least a month. And this remains a team that can be brilliant on two drives and inept on the next four.

I\'d say the comment is dead on. Its feast or famine with this team. That points directly to coaching. IMHO

I\'ve been bashing the coaching staff every bit as much as you have for about a year now. I\'d say you and I disagree mostly on personnel issues don\'t we?

I\'m not sure anyone has been defending the coaches since the end of free agency. I was convinced (by people here and some observational data) that that was our problem since sometime toward the end of last season or the beginning of this offseason (as I recall).

We disagree on a lot of things.

I wasn\'t saying that you had or had not been bashing the coaches or team or whatever. I was just noting that we finally agreed for about the first time since preseason.
