A "shot" has to be earned, Chase had options, he chose to leave and go somewhere for more money.

If KC brought in Smith after Chase, there was a reason.

If their offense is going to remain dink and dunk and short passes, Alex Smith is the perfect QB for it.

If they decide to utilize forward passes over 10 yards, Alex Smith may be in trouble.

chase's only stardom came when he was in a photo shot with brees in the pic. his departure to K.C. was strictly for the cash. he was a class act in N.O.
Going to miss that butterbean head on the big screen monitor.
