Agreed... I think that was probably the only time he's been really tested thus far so he was probably caught napping a bit.

Thats exactly what it looked like. I'd imagine he's gonna be ragged badly when they review the film. Might be the best thing to happen to him all camp. It'll keep him hungry.

I agree that I've seen enough of Cadet and ready to move on to Robinson. Cadet has had costly drops in regular season games also.

Was he burnt or was it blown coverage. It matters.

Keenan was supposed to have safety help from vacarro, but vacarro bit on the pump fake

Like danno said, film review will show him what he did wrong and the commentators and SP both mentioned as soon as it happened - vacarro was spoken to by coach mcgriff

Vacarro is a beast!! I like the Greer, Lewis, Vacarro mix. I just hate to see missed assignments, and blown coverage. I an cerrain there will be adjustments, I just sceptical after last years performance. Im sure Lewis will fit in just fine, lets jyst hope he adjysts before the season starts. I expect he is going to be tested next week agaibst johnson. I will have a better picture of how he will fit in then.

That area has always been a thorn in our side. This is the reason for picking up Keenan Lewis from Pitrsburgh. I am still waiting to see why he is worth so much after a very short NFL career. I feel like Revis would have been a better choice, or a rookie with the same potential. By the way Lewis stats were as follows: 1 tackle 0 assists. Is he worth the money? He was on the side that had blown coverage. You be the judge. Sure hope he fixes that. I had flash backs of Jason David on that play.

I was actually talking about the ILB's, on screen play coverage with the OLB's blitzing leaving the flats open, I thought they played well. I do agree on Lewis blown coverage, he and V both bit on a pump fake. I believe the Texans game will tell a lot about our secondary.

That can happen yo he best of them. I remember Vaccaro saying he bit on one also last week or in the inter-squad scrimmage.

In his first season starting 16 games(last year), he led the league with 23 pass defenses. And we signed him to a 5 year 26 million contract, unlike Revis who signed a 6 year, 96 million contract. No way we could afford Revis, who is coming off a torn ACL last year, no way to tell if he will be the Revis of old...
