Greetings from Tampa Bay, again

Hello everyone.

Another season rolls around, and all seems back to normal-- Saints win, Bucs lose, now they're gonna meet next week.

As I often do I'm here to stop by, say hello and post a link to my board's Predict the Score thread for your reading pleasure. I remember last year some posters here tried to register but weren't activated, I have zero pull in that department but I am sorry about that anyway.

Anyway, here it is. Let's hope for a clean game with plenty of excitement-- and a Bucs victory of course, it's the homer in me.

Enjoy!

edit: Sorry, here's the week 2 thread

Week 2. Predict The Score: New Orleans at Tampa Bay, 15 September 2013 - Unofficial Message Board of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Stupidity from Lavonte cost you today.
The rules have gone too far but you cant take the chance at that point in the game.

Glad to see you stop by.

Yeah, the Bucs snatched defeat from the jaws of victory today. Tough break. I hated having to root for the friggen' Jets.

Tough loss. I hope the game is on here in the Space Coast so I can watch. Had to miss today's game for TB & NYj

Their fans seem to be somewhat rational. Very unlike a lot of the Clowns fans.

Tampa has morphed into a bit of a rivalry...there is no love between the two teams

Maybe because they "usually" pose more of a challenge then the Falcons?

I mean damn look at last year.

I guess that puts the Falcons bottom of the totem pole then?

you know its possible.

I have to look up stats of the last 5-6 years.

in order of teams that have beaten us in that time period probably looks something like this:

Carolina
Tampa Bay
Atlanta

Meaning Carolina has beaten us the most in that time span, followed by Tampa, and Atlanta is at the bottom.

stats dont lie.

Bucs may be tougher at home. They also may be reeling from the loss for a while.

Seems like coaching karma.

Thanks for dropping by. Good luck.

I wouldn't be one bit surprised if it wasn't us and Carolina fighting it out for 1 and 2, and the dirty birds struggling to stay ahead of Tampa.

I just don't think Atlanta has the Mojo to overcome a handful of tough losses. It's a reflection on their coach IMO.

I cant make much out of the Falcons defense in week 1, but if their O-line is going to be this problematic, they may be in trouble, they going to run into better pass rushes than what they saw today, this was close only for the fact it was a division game.

I felt bad for Lavonte David. It's tough to watch a grown man cry.

But I'm not gonna lie, I was happy the Jets won.

Congratulations on the win.

Feels exactly like last week for us.

Our coach played not to lose, and so of course we lost in the final seconds.

I'd wish you good luck the rest of the season but you ARE our division rivals, so I'll just wish you an injury-free season the rest of the way and let the rest sort itself out.

Glad to see your secondary has recovered from the Eric Wright experiment and moved forward, :) ... NFC South is gonna' be tougher then I thought this season and I want to see how you guys stack up vs Can'tlanta & Carolina. The Bucs are definitely not a walk-in-the-park.

Your QB is playing like he doesn't want to be there, no motivation, and it might be affecting the lockerroom ... just a hunch.

Are you really in the West Indies? Lucky dog,.

Your coach is a trainwreck.
A disciplined team would have beat us yesterday.

The bucs are loaded with talent. Get the right coach and you're a perennial playoff contender.

Re: Greetings from Tampa Bay, again

The Buc's looked like the Saints did for about 30 years, always finding a way to lose, only difference is the Buc's actually have a lot of talented players.

There is almost no cure for "ate up with the dumb ass".

Wish we had the Buc's defense.

Sorry, no pity. Been on the other side of that as a Saint's fan too many times. It's so nice to see it happen to someone else.
