Hell even the refs admitted that they should have called Mathews. Mathews hit was down right dirty and one could make an arguement that it was purposeful.

It's a Christmas tree of voting. All players see the same document and as a team decide whether the team rep should vote in favor or not, then reps from all 32 teams plus a rep from the NFLPA vote.

The lockout was lifted because the entire league agreed to the new CBA.
