That fine is a crock-o-****! I honestly can't remember the hit on Sproles, and I can't find a video of it, but I remember the hit on Brees and especially the hit on Graham. The hit on Brees was, by today's rules, illegal, and should have been flagged, but not fined. But the hit on Graham, was malicious, on purpose, and was meant to take Graham out of the game. And it almost did, in my opinion. That SOB Black celebrated after that hit. I was hoping the officials would eject him. Now, Goodell comes up with a piss-ass $21,000 fine? WTF?

I was waiting for this one. To me, this was the worst hit of the day. I also didn't think the hit on brees should've been a penalty. It just looked bad because drew didn't see it coming. The helmet contact appeared incidental.

I watched the game but have tried to find a actually video at game speed & showing how Black flexed afterward but haven't yet. Anyone got any links? Been wanting to show some of the guys at work, thanks.

I thought that hit on Brees was clean, IMO the refs got that call wrong. I thought the flag was thrown because it was such a vicious hit, I dont think it was helmet to hemet, however I wasnt mad at the call. But thats just me.

I hope that when we host the bucks at home, our boys on offense find a way to "accidentally" take Black out of the game. With petty $20,000 fines, what do they have to lose?

......actually, I wonder if the double jeopardy law applies in football? We can head hunt every game and the nfl ccouldn't touch us!
