Offense getting it together

They had a shakey start, but it seems like they took a step towards being the offense we all know and love today. Our line is horrid and beat up, and we still managed to put points and yards on the board. They improved as the game went on. When Evans gets back we will only get better. Still need some work in red zone but the last two visits down there resulted in scores so that is good. Graham is an absolute beast and needs to be signed now, before the offseason. Sproles looks awesome as well. Im proud of how our offense improved. I was worried at the beginning of season. With this defense and our regular offense we will be unstoppable. As long as we continue to improve.

If our Offense can continue like that we will be hard to beat

Our D is playing great anyway, but with the lead thats when all the turnovers start

Re: Offense getting it together

So apparently Mark Ingram wants a trade, that right there gives us a better offense. Khiry ran like a demonic monster truck. Sproles and Jimmy were great. As usual (lately) the D came too play. They smacked the Cards in the mouth and they had no answer.

If we trade Ingram I want an o-lineman. We're too vulnerable on the line. Luckily we get Evans back, but if there's an injury to an already if-y line, Drew will be sunk!

I totally agree. Totally . I menat to post the same thing in that other thread. Also notice how when Robinson started running it opened up the run game for the other backs. That is what Ingram was supposed to do. Get yards when there arent any and plow his way through the line. K-Rob being in there totally changed the pace of our run D. And they knew the run was coming without a doubt. So much for the arguement that Ingram cant run because they know when he is in there it is going to be a run.

Still think our o-line is weaker than its been in a long time. We need to beef it up, hopefully through a trade. Just sayin.

That's because Jahari was playing hurt and now we have a sub in. The offensive line is sensitive to injury and changes because it requires so much synergy to work well. Hopefully Jahari will be back to 100% soon. He can't be THAT hurt, he was dressed out on the side lines.

Agreed!! Brees is taking shots and had to run and scramble a little to much.

They were playing poorly before Evans was out of the game and I expect a less that 100% Evans is better than his backup.
