this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I don't believe anything like this, unless I see it in print or it comes from Payton's mouth (and even then I don't always believe him). These commentators do not follow the team like we do. They read a stack ...

I don't believe anything like this, unless I see it in print or it comes from Payton's mouth (and even then I don't always believe him). These commentators do not follow the team like we do. They read a stack of internet articles really quickly a day or two before the broadcast, and that's it. I have heard nothing about this. He might have just been trying to save a little face for the Chargers. It's possible.
