WIN OR LOSE, FIRE HASLETT NOW!

After watching that pathetic game against the Bucs yesterday, I\'ve totally lost all patience. I am firmly convinced that Jim Haslett cannot lead this football team anymore. He\'s not motivating this team, it looks as if he is awestruck by the plays his coordinators call, he just doesn\'t seem to inspire confidence in anybody looking at him. He is a very good defensive coordinator, which makes it confusing why he insists on sticking with Venturi. His attitude seems to be \"I don\'t know but we\'ll figure it out\". Well, Jim, you haven\'t figured it out for about four years now. We need to have someone who demands that players be accountable, that coordinators either get performance out of their players or the coordinators lose their jobs. Simply put, we\'ll never be more than a mediocre team with Haslett at the helm.
One last thing, lay off of Benson. People like to say that he doesn\'t spend money. Not true. The Saints have payed money out to players. Now, whether it has been the right players or not is a whole different matter. But, as far as Benson not breaking out his wallet, that\'s just not the case at all.

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your crotch, and your arms be too short to scratch.

PLEASE...
Definite cosign. If we allow the current staff to continue, the players may eventually make them look good enough to consider keeping.

I had a pretty good idea about Haslett\'s head coaching abilitiy by the way he handled the Turley affair. Meanwhile there\'s a former Saint Pro-Bowler starting at Left Tackle in Kansas City. And who do we have. An older left tackle. Brilliant.

The difference between Haslett the head coach and Haslett the defensive coordinator is Bill Cowher.

What about the new stadium? Maybe it\'s just a matter of their environment. I\'m not totally convinced that it is all just Haslett. I agree that a change (upgrade) of coordinaters would definately be a plus. Too many times we let go players that - by a change of scenery go on to have nice pro careers. But I also don\'t believe that Brooks feels \"driven\" enough to be the \"leader\" the Saints need.
