Bears Fans Predict the Score

My Favorite: :D
"Brees throws a pick six, Devin takes one to the house, Jay has 2 TDs to Marshall and Jefffery and Bush gets a 2 yard TD, Robbie kicks a 50 yarder.
Bears 38
Saints 40

I just don't see how we win this one.

A field goal would do it with that score.
It won't even be close.

Re: Bears Fans Predict the Score

I'm amazed at how many of their fans think they will easily be able to score 40 points, or even 30 for that matter, against the Saints. They haven't allowed more than 17 points yet in the first four games. To think the defense is just going to go up there and lay down for the Bears is asinine. I do like it that several of them are underestimating us, though. They will be ready to lynch Cutler by the end of the game.

That is a combination of fearing the 2013 offense but still thinking we have the 2012 defense on the field.

I notice they didnt give any credit to Forte" and thats probably their best weapon against us.

Bears in Chicago. That alone makes me a little uneasy. Too many people making it sound like this is a W already. Won't be easy...

I like this one too:

I'll wait til Friday before I predict how badly the Bears will lose.

Nothing like confidence in your team.

This.

Alot of people seem to forget how "well" we've played in Chicago over the last 7 years. I still remember the 2006 NFC title game, when someone started a thread called "when the Saints win tomorrow" (referring to the NFC title game). And people just happily went along with it, except for me........oh, and one other guy (who in a thread prior to that one had said WHEN WE GET to the Super Bowl) that waited an hour after kickoff (i.e. when the Saints were trailing and not looking particularly effective) to warn about "overlooking the Bears".

Here it is:

And the only reason Bears fans aren't more confident is because their team just got smacked around by the Lions in a game that probably wasn't as close as the final score would indicate. We Saints fans are guilty of the same thing. When we're winning consecutive games, we feel the Saints can beat anybody. When the Saints don't play well, we're "horrible", and "will be in for a long day" against our next opponent.

At least it won't be a frozen tundra, still don't think Cutler is that consistent.
