So much for remaining under the radar...

Quoting Ross Tucker of Sirius NFL Radio's "Opening Drive" this morning.

The New Orleans Saints are the best team in the NFL.
His premise is that Denver's defense is suspect, while the Saints defense has not given up more than 18 points in a game.

Fortunately Booger McFarland wasn't convinced. Also both Sims and Collingsworth both picked the Pats to win this week on Inside the NFL. So maybe there is hope that we can stay undercover a bit longer. Of course 6-0 and beating the Pats at home will probably make it hopeless after this week.

The cowboys have a good offense, but not 49 points against us good.

Denvers defense is their weakness, we lead the league in time of possession I believe?

When we play denver in the superbowl, we'll keep Manning off the field lol

Denver is down several starters due to suspension and injury - that unit will get much better when they get their starters and depth back in place...

I think Von Miller returns this week or next? I agree that their D will get better. Scary team much like the Saints.

Figured it was so when ESPN yesterday was talking Saints Patriots non-stop.

Are you sure that's just not about the Patriots? ESPN has East Coast bias so terrible that you know that any NFL show will be about New England, NY (both teams), Philly, and Washington, no matter how good or bad they are doing.

Re: So much for remaining under the radar...

Von Millers return doesn't address Tony Romo dropping 506 yards and 5 TD passes on Denver.

Ravens dropped 27 points
Giants dropped 23 points
Oakland dropped 21 points
Philadelphia dropped 20 points
Dallas dropped 48 points

Denver is 32nd in passing yards allowed
And 24th in Points allowed.

The return of 1 player is going to address all of that? Not hardly.

We have more starters injured than Denver does and we are doing fine.

I think KC has plowed through a bunch of teams that have losing records. They're coming off notorious scheduling because of their losing ways. So how good they are will come later in their scheduling or will hit them in the playoffs.

As for the predictions, I advise all football fans to ignore the talking heads and their stupidity. It's like your medical doctors watching "The Doctors" on TV for tips and tricks of the trade. Think about it.

If Kansas even makes the playoffs they will not get past the Wild Card round. They have played no one in their division and only 2 in their Conference. The only team worth mentioning is Dallas and they one by 1 point.
