That was like watching the bad actors on some of these "reality" shows. Obvious to the point of nausea.

Agreed, but I look at it this way... even with the vast majority of calls in New England's favor, and the Saints having back-to-back road games (a killer), playing one of the AFC's leading Superbowl contenders coming off a loss, it still took a last second miracle with a blatent offensive hold for them to pull off the win.

We have 10 games left, and I don't see more than 3 or 4 losses.

We'll finish 11-5, maybe 12-4 if we get a few bounces our way.

We'll finish 15-1 if we get the same kind of favoritism New England got yesterday.

Some questioning the hit across the middle in New England, It was a shoulder to the chest. No head or neck contact. Not a foul.

Nice Catch Exile!

Good Call - we're definitely on everyone's radar now...

We're going 13-3 barring major injury...

Yeah, but there was shoulder-to-helmet contact/defenseless player and I see why they called it, though I vehemently disagree with them calling that one, :burn: ... it was so obvious Bush was doing everything in his power not to put a flagrant hit on the guy but still do the job the Saints sent him out there to do ... poor judgment and erring on the side of caution by the refs, IMO.

The shoulder to helmet contact was not from a shoulder going into the side of the helmet, it was from the helmet going into the shoulder as the defender was right in front of him. There is a difference there.

Or just inept at their jobs.

Oh, sort of like the "tell your boobs to stop staring at my eyes" argument?

I know, Caddieman even showed up and took a poke at me, ... appropriately in the Ultimate Smack Talk forum and according to board policy, I might add, ;).
