and in the wake of a 2 win season,
we fire our once beloved head coach along with all of his staff.

who do we put in his stead?
do we go with someone tried and true?
someone whos been out of coaching a while?
someone who is new?

my vote is Rommeo Crennel or Charlie Weis.
i think these two coordinators are ready for the jump to a head-coaching role. i think its about time we started to tap into the Belichek line of disciples ala the way everyone else did with Bill Walshes former staff.
id love to see Nick Saban, dont think itll happen, but thatd be nice.

also, anyone know if GM Tom Donahoe is still looking for a job?

Cosign on your choice.

I\'m still not sure about Saban because he hasn\'t been in the pro trenches in a while. Also He\'s the King of the Red Stick and the highest paid college coach in college football. Why in the heck would he want to leave?
