Before the season started I thought he and Wilson would be sharing snaps. I didnt think he was an every down type of guy and would only be in on 3rd downs or certain situations. Looks to me like he is getting a lot. I havent really watched every down to see how much he is in. Anyone know how many snaps hes getting? Dude is great. I love him.

He's a matchup nightmare. When you find the right matchup.

Matched last season's stats only 8 games in. (played 12 games last yr)

I think he's played well and has potential to be a 20 sack guy

Relentless motor, getting better against the run game, buffalo made a huge mistake puttong a TE infront of him in week 8, thad lewis never stood a chance

I love his spin move aswell, its sweet

Gallette has had a total of 227 Rushing snaps and 241 passing snaps. That's about 31 snaps a game, and 5 times what any other Saints OLB gets.

Jr. is a speed demon for sure
his run defense has gotten better but still has a lot room for improvement
pass defense? i do not think the saints bother with that in his game plan.

the biggest issue i see with his game is the fact he is so quick and he relies so much on the outside speed rush he is easily ridden out of running plays.

I have been watching him for a while now and I'm telling you he has potential to be one of the most feared pass rushers in the leauge. He's a great guy, responded to my tweets several times, he loves New Orleans, but from an on the field perspective he has a great arsenal of moves. Bum Rush, Swim, Spin Move, even if he isnt in on the sack he constantly moves the pocket which opens up lanes for other guys to fly through

You have to say this organization is patient with players, and Galette fits the mold.
Meachem and Bushrod were rarely activated as rookies, we waited on Devery, had Strief on ST and as TE eligible, used Moore as a 5th receiver, and so on and on

Galette against any teams Pass catching TE is the funniest sh$* to me....... There not used to blocking, and don't think Galette has the speed to get to the QB... It's like picking up free money off the ground..... He did the exact same thing to Tony Gonzolez in the first game.
