“I think so highly of Rob Ryan as a coach, frankly as an imaginative coach and how he imaginatively coaches the game. He can have a lot going on. We wanted less going on, but that doesn’t make it right or wrong. He’s basically implemented it and executed it the way he wants to do it down there, and they’re going to give us fits on Sunday.”

Exactly. Sounded like a back handed compliment to me. Jerry Jones needs to just STFU, hire a good GM and get out of the way. "He can have a lot going on, we wanted less going on." Give me a break, what owner/GM says that? You just insulted your old coach and your defense in one fell swoop.

Jerry Jones has to be the biggest idiot in football today, except of course, good ole' "Rodgy Go-to-Hell"...

JJ had his time, can't take that away from him but he's really out of touch with the game and has been for a while. It's actually funny watching him try to be diplomatic with his comments. "Well, how should I put this without throwing him under the bus but still do it...oh, I'll just throw him under it. "

That is bad. I agree with all of you.
I do not dislike the Cowboys nor like the Cowboys .
I am interested in the drama/ soap opera of the Cowboys.
the team is sort of the last thing on the list.
I posted this before.
JJ gets camera face time and says all kinds of things , that being the owner, he really should let his people do their jobs.
JJ is a celebrity/entertainer. He made himself one.
The DCCheerleaders have their own show. That is crazy. I saw it a few times and the hard director is crazy. It is even crazier that hundreds and hundreds of women from all over the USA try out for that .
The DCCheerleaders director should perhaps try out for DC football team GM or a coaching position. Is that job for low pay and for a few months a life goal for some?
Oh, that reminds me. There is a football team, The Dallas Cowboys.
They , however, take a backseat to the owner, JJ and the cheerleading crew.
