Re: Lance Moore or Pierre Thomas

With the rules this year on celebrating, delay of game and unsportsmanlike conduct - it aint worth it.

Sad but true, I always enjoyed the dancing - good or bad :bananajoy:

I don't mind a spiked ball, high fiving, spiking the ball over goal post, even the Lanbeau leap, but I absolutely hate those stupid dances. Sorry, that just me.

I kinda like a short quick celebratory dance and I"m glad we have so many chances for our players to do them.

The only moves I like to see are those that it takes to GET INTO the end zone. All the others are a total waste of energy.

I liked the way Barry Sanders did it. Score the TD, toss the ball to the ref and jog off the field.

Maybe I'm just old.

But to answer the poll question, Lance's dances. (although there have been too few of them lately)

Act like you been there.

I understand both points of view.

But I like dancing, especially, when its funny.
I like celebrations that are an expression of joy, and not a taunt,
like running backward, or that obnoxious stop and step that desmond howard
did for the Packers in the Super Bowl. That was disrespectful.
There's no reason for it, but I couldnt stand Deion Sanders.

I loved Billy White Shoes Johnson, Ernest Givens, and even OchoCinco.
The dancing was really good in late 80s / early 90s.
I understand all the "act like you've been there," etc, but I enjoy the added
entertainment --- Everyone should see a Mark Gastineau Sack Dance, or even
Jared Allen's hog tie. (which, as a rodeo child, I know, is actually tying a calf)

Lance Moore is easily our best dancer.

Pierre? Are you kidding. I love Pierre. He may be my favorite Saint now,
but Im pretty sure there's a caucasian in his ancestry somewhere, cuz
his dancing is sadly white.

I can't believe you left out the Ickey shuffle. :D

Haha! I was laughing pretty hard at both of'em until Ingram started doing his "I got to carry the ball again!" dance. I stopped laughing at those.

Act like you been there...oh how I hate that saying. People are different. People react differently to certain things. People have different personalities. Listen to Barry Sanders talk, and its obviously just not in his nature to be emotional. IDC. If you don't celebrate cool. If you do, even better.
