Grades? anyone remember their college GPA?
I stll say that scoring defense is the only number that matters-- 18.1 points per game allowed, 4th in the league

Hard to argue with that one. Especially since scoring defense also includes pick-sixes, fumble returns for TD and special teams TD's.

Fourth in the league is simply a very very good number.

Not surprised... Lofton is doing what he can but he was never a great MLB in a 4-3 defense so his new role in this defense would obviously take some getting used to. I'm really curious about C.J. Mosley/Kyle Van Noy in the draft next year even if we have to trade up to get them.

When you see all the surprising grades doesn't it make you question the grading system?

He was superb in Atlanta. Thing with Lofton, he's not good in pass coverage. Hes also not very fast. I'm interested in getting faster at the position.

He wasn't superb in Atlanta... They let him go because he wasn't a 3 down player. We were suckered in to signing him and now he's not quite fitting in because of the exact same reason the Falcons let him walk. He's an ok player but the Falcons were unfortunately right... He's not that good in coverage and he's not a good tackler.

I must be watching a different team. The Saints are the ones wearing black and gold correct? J/k Chris. But I can't agree with you on Lofton.

+1 ChrisXVI. I actually think Mosely is top 5 talent in all of college football & has a very promising NFL future. In the right system, he will flourish.
