We tried pretty had to make it to 7-3 but managed to choke that loss off.

Time to tighten up Falcons/Seahawks/Panthers will be a tough stretch.

Defense played great!!!

Offense played well too.

We made some unusual mistakes, but still got the W and that's what matters.

Agreed. I know they have looked TERRIBLE, but we cannot overlook the Falcons; they are still a division opponent and a huge rival that would love nothing more than to foul up our playoff positioning.

Defense was outstanding, held them to 196 yards! 3 turnovers kept them in the game...

Decent running and receiving against that 49ers Defense.
Yes... Even Ingram ran well. Line is blocking and RBs are becoming consistent.

Freakin' heart attack if I have to live that next week. We tried our hardest to give this game away. But winning ugly against a pretty good team is a good sign. We would have gotten blow out if it wan't in the Dome.

Defense...awesome! Clamped down when they had to, and the offense and special teams did NOT do them any favors again.

Saints need this momentum from their huge DC win to keep it going for their turn at irshort week. The Sunday-Thursday games are so tight for any team.
It was a nail biting game.
Hartley game, I mean came through.
Game ball this week to Hartley.
Colston, Sproles, Graham, Ingram, Saints Defense =good game.

Sorry for a negative.
Saints must stop, cut back on those turnovers and penalities.

I have to hear the comments from the NFL Net crew about that almost safety. Was it or wasn't it? Their point of view will be interesting.

Saints 8-2. How many other teams wish they were there at 8-2

in November, going into December. Last part of season.

Ya, we ran the ball well. Unfortunately the score made it more difficult to run in the 4th. I must say the line is blocking much better and Ingram seems to find the hole more often, hope he keeps it up.

For the first time this year we seem solid for the most part. We have weaknesses but they aren't crippling. And our strengths are pretty awesome.

Best defense we've had in fifteen years.
