Question for the Forum

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; If the Saints had hired someone outside of the Saints organization last year while Payton was suspended, would that coach been given access to the current Saints playbook or would he have been expected to install his own plays/schemes etc?...

Re: Question for the Forum

That never was going to happen, my opinion... A new coach would have wanted to implement his own scheme and do things his way, very hard on the players.

You stay in house which we did and the play-book stays the same and it was at least somewhat consistent... We would have won many more games if Spags was a better coordinator like Ryan is... Play to the strength of ur players and not try to force a square peg into a round hole
