Saints fans are the happiest fans in the NFL
 

It doesn't seem that way right now after this crushing loss. However, my MSN home page ran an article discussing the fan base of each team.
New Orleans fan base was the happiest of all the NFL teams on average. On the flip side the Raiders were the most unhappy franchise. Go figure.
Keep this in mind while stewing on this loss. We have a reason to be happy and it starts with Benson, Loomis, Payton and Brees on down. Who Dat! :smile:

You couldn't tell we're the happiest fans based on some of the comments on this and other forums after the loss to the Seahawks and the Rams. While no one likes to lose, I think that we, as a fan base have become spoiled. There was a time, and I remember it, when 10 - 4 would have had fans dancing in the street. Now we complain because we're 10 - 4. Time to get happy again!

for years Saints have been remarked on by players coaches and the media as probably the most loyal and fun loving group of fans you will ever find in the nfl, plus more than once the fans have been remarked as some of the highest football IQ fans also.

face it we live for football. Saints are New Orleans and New Orleans is the Saints. It is all we have had for years - each other. We have been through it all step by step good times (been few) and bad times (been many) but the love will always keep the two of together. it is a marriage.

The pelicans are cousins twice removed. you can marry them in most states but they really aint family
