The Kenny Vaccaro injury was huge...and for all ya'll Roman Harper apologists, now you see the difference when Vaccaro is in and when Harper is in...even Inspector Clouseau can show that the case'd is solve'd...

Well boys that's that... And people still wonder why some of us were upset that Payton stripped Carmichael of play calling duties. Payton had some kind of "enlightening" time while he was suspended and he took over play calling duties. Payton did an awful job.

SP ain't got a magic touch anymore.
Sure the D blew 2 Panthers drives. But that was it.
The O should have turned up with execution whre we needed it.

Unreal. Tank next week to avoid injuries, get a better draft pick and hope for better next year.

You really don't follow the team much do you?

When Seattle beats the Cards we are in the Play Offs.

Re: Saints vs Panzies Game Day Thread

I wish people would stop blaming Jenkins. He was picked up by Williams and was bumped away from Newton so there is not a lot he could have done. Payton's calling was lame, Drew held on to the ball for too long at times and the final punt by Morestead really didn't aid the cause. I am not putting blame on Defense as they had done their job all day. If the offense was up to par, we would have taken them down. Anyway, annoyed but not going to cry about it. We will not hit the Superbowl with this kind of display. All the WhoDats, try and have a Happy Holiday. Maybe the Seahawks will do us a favour.

Just a side note - Luke had 24 tackles today.. 24 tackles.

Maybe we find us a Kuechly in next years draft.

He can't tackle.... Defend away. If you can convince me he can tackle you are a better defender than he is.

Congrats Payton... You're enlightened arrogance cost us this season. I don't see any reason why Carmichael would stick around now that Payton took over play calling duties. Carmichael was only the play caller when we fielded the most prolific offense in the history of the NFL. I'm sorry, but Payton supposedly sat back for a season and learned... Well, so much for that. Cue Danno calling me a fair weather fan LOL. This was the most shaky offense that we've fielded in a while. "Fair weather fan!!!" Go ahead.
