Agreed and from what I have been reading, he is looking for a substantial payday but I do like his game.

Up in age and injuries, but still better than most at his position.

It all depends on Victor Butler and how he's mending; but it's be interesting to see how Ryan reacts with Spencer, possibly Ware, hitting the market...

Jets still trying to keep Austin Howard off open market | ProFootballTalk

This would be an upgrade to what we have; and we'd really be able to run the ball...
