Im tiired of hearing how Jimmy Graham is soft

The dude has only played football for four years. Hes still learning the game and still has a huge ceilng. Yea he did disappear against some tough defenses later in the season but he was injured. Before the injury dude would drag 3 defenders accross the goal line like it was nothing. I dont call that soft. His injury makes it painful to run and jump but the worst part about it is that it makes it so you cant plant your feet annd push off. Thats why he couldnt get any separation at times. Yes he has more to learn, especially in blocking but I for one am glad to have him. Even the local media on WWL are talking about how soft he is, granted that could have something to do with trying to drive his cost down. Props Jimmy, I know you will come out ballin again next year.

I agree that when Graham is healthy he is as tremendous asset.

But since the Patriots game, he has been MIA.

The PEDhawks punked him out; they got in his head big time.

Maybe the Saints could hire Gonzales to tutor him how to improve his game; you NEVER of ANY defense shutting down Gonzales like has happened to Graham.

The sky is the ceiling for him, but he does need to man-up!

He is still injured. That Plantar Fasciitis doesn't just go away.

OK, how about he's not physical enough to avoid aggressive CB's jams at the line of scrimmage?

Does "not physical enough" sound better than soft?

Sounds like the same thing to me fam. Lol.

You remember when I said he was soft after the Pats game and everybody jumped my case? I demand satisfaction!

But yeah, nobody should be able to jam him at the line, nor should anyone win a jump ball battle against him. And nobody should be able to run through him when he posts up for catch. All traits concerning physicality.

But to his credit he was criticized for drops and for nearly zero YAC's his 1st two seasons and got significantly better at both.

My guess is he improves his physicalityness this off-season.:p

This seems to be all off our receivers.

True. Very true. Gonzalez can come teach him how to push off on defenders.

When you think about it, the Saints don't have any Riche Incognetos or Richard Shermans. Which is good and bad at the same time.
