Brooks sucks and fire Haslett. Ok, i agree that Brooks plays like an idiot at times and Haslett can't get this team prepared for games. But if you really look at where we fail it all has to do with our defense. I'm sorry but Rick Venturi can take a walk. I don't know why they even rehired him. He calls stupid plays at the wrong time. Blitzing on a 2nd and 10 when they're on their 20, leaving atleast 1 or 2 people open at all times causing a good 20-40 yd play. Playing a cover 2 when it's 3 and 2 on our 20. First down. Get rid of Venturi. Get Mueller back at GM and get this team that knows how to use the talent we have on D.

well the saints have not been any better this year then the last 4. its the exact same thing we have been seeing. well except this year we seems worse then i have ever seen. how can u gte worse every year. thats when coaching needs to be looked at

Bottom line is that we do not know how good the players are because the coaching is so poor. We need to get rid of the coaching staff first and let a decent coach evaluate the players based on their talent and passion for playing -- take the proper disciplinary steps to prove to the players that if they playing poorly and stupidly will get you a quick seat on the bench.

I have been dogged by my friends over the last 2 or 3 years for being a Brooks fan. I finally saw where they were coming from when I saw Brooks make the backwards pass to Gandy against San Diego last week. Not only is it the worst play I have seen in any organized football game, including my nephew\'s pee wee games. It\'s bad enough that the Saints rarely get national recognition(when was the last Saints Monday night game), but to get recognition by ESPN as the second worst highlight of the week(what were they thinking, it should have been #1 of the year), that is not the type of publicity they need.

Just occurred to me, but has anyone else wondered just what the heck Gandy was doing back there, anyway? If our O-line is gonna keep ending up behind AB, no wonder he looks so bad...

I am sick of watching our pathetic defence, they make me sick. Maybe Venturi couldn\'t coach his way out of a paper bag, but does that honestly explain the complete disappearance of any sort of pass rush. I want to throw things at the computer every time those idiots surrender an opening drive TD. But i\'ve come up with a game plan. This is the last week that I am putting aside the Saints time slot, if they lose then I am not tuning in again until they win one. This gang of idiots needs tough love. If there is any justice then neither of the next 2 games will even come close to be sold-out. The string of sold-out games ends Sunday, let\'s really turn the heat up on these bums!!!
