Jimmy has made a few statements that are contrary to the media buzz and headlines.

- I am what they tell me I am.
- I will be a Saint as long as Drew is a Saint.

If you ignore that voice echoing "they all say that but they all want $", you'll see what I do. Jimmy Graham finally feels like he belongs somewhere, has a family, and is more interested in keeping that than making 3m more a year.

In the end I could be proven very wrong, but from what I hear and read about Jimmy Graham, everything tells me he stays and we do not over pay him. When that happens I will buy my first Saints jersey (nylon is hot! lol) and possibly become a bigger fan of a person than the team for the first time in my life. If he does what it takes to stay a Saint, he will have exhibited unprecedented character in my humble opinion.

I cannot find one quote coming directly from JG re: WR vs TE money! Not one? One solution to any impasse, he likes flying. Give him a G5 and call it a day. No cap involved. :))

Yes, a G5 counts. Any gifts, cash, compensation of any form counts against the cap. If Sean Payton takes the team to to Piccadilly for lunch, it counts against the cap. Same as the rules regarding giving anything to NCAA athletes.

Which is really good since it stops the richest owners and/or big sponsors to give gifts on the side to lure players to certain teams.

Not in the last 8 years. When I was a kid we would drive to Lafayette on Sunday after mass to eat lunch at Piccadilly. I believe that is where my intense aversion to lines/cues comes from.

98 reasons why Jimmy's agent cares about money. But I didn't know jimmy was abandoned that sheds light on why hes so humble.

Thankfully for us Jimmy's agent isn't the one that has the final say.

I also have to give a boat load of kudo's to Jimmy, as much unlike others, he hasn't taken to twitter or social media to whine and talk smack.
