I don't begrudge him for going after every penny he can. Honestly I don't.

But I agree with you 1000% here. 12 million a year? No friggin way I'd do that. No way Jimmy. No way man.

Hope the Saints are not stupid enough to sign him to more than 8 mil/year...

Tight Ends do not have a healthy career span, much like running backs...

Yes, Graham's been a freak of nature, but look how long A Gates was able to maintain that level of play...

Say what you want about the Chargers, but they played out Gates well...

Tag him, non-exclusive, and if a team wants to give up two 1's, so be it...

We'll have gotten some terrific yardage, touchdowns, All-Pro Recognition (as a Tight End) and two first round picks for a third round pick...

And guess what, we'll find another tight end to rack up the stats in our system, or better yet...

We can FINALLY throw the ball to our highly invested receiver...

His name is Marques Colston and he doesn't dunk it on ever single touchdown...

I remember just a few seasons ago that according to sources, Pierre Thomas was supposedly looking for Steven Jackson money.
