Blackandgold Official Members Mock Draft

New England Patriots:
I was close to selected a TE here but I don't see one worthy. More important is keeping that Manning team from throwing the ball all over us. I hate that guy.

SELECTION: Ryan Shazier, OLB The Ohio State - has the range the Pats LOVE. The guy is smart, good teammate and strong leader. He is rangy but needs to add bulk to shed blockers. He'll grow. He would instantly be put in a fairly good group with Mayo and Hightower. The loss of Spikes makes this a slam dunk.

Fuller it is all about injury history. the catch phrase with him "If he is recovered he can be one of the best CB in the draft." he reminds me of a bigger Patrick Robinson injury wise.

Roby? i just can not get excited about the kid at all. i watch a lot of big ten and i just never saw the justification in the hype, he runs fast and is really smooth and quick but his playing skills just are not first rounder IMO. second sure. upside with a lot coaching needed and still a high risk. thats not talking about off the field issues you are bring up.

I''m sure that Sarik wants to draft Bradley Roby for the 49ers. He is just too upset about the Saints pick to logon and do it.

Lee just please consider this nit picky.... its not an indictment on you but I gotta get this out. This is what I fear WILL really happen. That's why Im all up in arms... my apologies in advance. It's a deep WR Draft. there will be names for offense further down that may fair better than even Sammy Watkins.... I am just venting my frustration at people actually considering Kelvin Benjamin a first round pick because of his size.... He's not a great route runner, and doesn't have the best hands. What scares me is a lot of Saints fans actually feel like this.... Off the top of my head better receivers
