who thinks we're going to beat the Chiefs this week??? I mean everytime the Saints are predicted to lose for sure, they somehow, find a way to play the way they should and win. I have a feeling they'll win this game. It was the same feeling i had for the Rams game. I could be wrong

Not most folks. It probably won\'t happen.
The Saints can\'t play effective defense. The Saints cannot play consistent offense. Ergo the Saints will not prevail on Sunday.

In reading this the Seahawks game, Vikings game, and Chargers game springs to mind. We were predicted to lose all three of these and we did not disappoint. Didn\'t even show up to two and the third was so embarrassing it bears not even being mentioned again.

Yeah, well the Cheifs have been inconsistant. And Holmes is out. But last week just looked like we didn\'t have an fight in us. And with the Giants and Packers surging, our wild card hopes are gettin\' slimmer and slimmer. We\'ll see. You never know what\'s gonna happen in a Saints game. I suggest anyone with a heart condition not watch ;) !

G504 you hit the nail on the head. We never know what to expect in a Saints game.

I don\'t know how to take the outcome of the game this week. Win or lose I will have conflicted emotions. I always am pleased to see them perform well. I just don\'t know if that would be good in this situation.

Who needs to go? who needs to stay? It just seems like we are watching a \"Ghost Ship\" with no rudder or keel. I can only hope that the next round of changes, if any, will have a good outcome.

I realize that this post has no new information or original thought but it is cathartic for me. I, and all of you are spinning our wheels hoping for a miracle or at least a reason to hope for the future of this team (our team!).

If Jim would get rid of the 2 tightend offence, put the fullback in, Deuce would get a 100+ game. To me thats a no brainer. Then we would win. But until then, we will stink up the place. I\'m still mad that J.T. is gone. Todd is worthless, and Brooks, well... I\'m really mad that J.T. is gone.

Yes.

Everyone here is smart enough to know that on any given Sunday, any team can win. That said, I\'d say that Saints chances of winning are about 10% or less.

yeah look, every week i think, \'yeah we can do it\', or \'yeah this week we\'ll step up and play like we can\', but it never delivers, i find myself thinking the same things this week but i\'m beginning to really doubt whether i truly believe that or am just feeling obligated to hold that frame of mind. Look, we probably will lose.....but hey, i\'m hoping harder than.....well, something that is really hard, that i am wrong, we shall wait and see.....

Quite frankly I would be extremly suprised if the Saints somehow managed to win this game. Yes, Holmes is out but Blaylock isnt a fluke either the guy scored 34 fantasy points against me in week 7 against the #1 rush defense of the Falcons at the time and he didnt even play the whole game! :mad: All in all the Saints D will have to pull some stops out from under the dome otherwise KC will rack up 50pts on us and hopefully we can go tip for tap if Brooks decides to throw the ball forward to a catch and run person instead of a backwards pass to a 350 pound O-lineman.
