finally, i\'ve been wanting so much for this to happen, haha.....yeah, i\'m really excited, WOOHOO.....but....what is with all the passing on first down, ESPECIALLY when our run game is absolutely killing it!!!!!

Passing on first down: It\'s called passing to set up the run. Something we haven\'t done this year. It works against some teams, and usually fails against most.

BUT so many on this forum asked for that. People complain no matter what. If McCarthy runs Deuce on 1st and second down, and gets a total of 5 yards, people complain that McCarhty needs to open the playbook up. If he does, and they try creative things, people complain.

But I agree, it was such a beautiful sight to see Deuce loose and in effect.
