Loomis restructures 3-4 contracts and frees up another 5+M..

Loomis knows two valuable parts of negotiating. You always sell the bluff until the end. You never let the other guy know what you really have to work with.

If Mickey restructures and makes room now, Jimmy's agent is going to go after it.

If jimmy wants to let a sheister negotiate for him then Loomis is justified in playing the hard bluff.
