Are you kidding me? I about blew a gasket when I read this. Haslett was happy with this performance by the D?????? And you guys wanna risk the Saints doing anything positive and keeping this guy around? Does this sound like someone who will fire Venturi if he stays? This is disgusting. If he can't see how inept Venturi is, why does anyone wanna win games and have the possibility of keeping this guy around? Please someone explain it to me. Please.

I\'m sure there will be a city wide boycott if AT LEAST the two coordinators don\'t get canned. Personally, I\'d like to see Haslett and the GM on vacation as well.

this is just a case of haslett lying in the bed that he has made..and trying to use smoke and mirrors to make it seem like everythimg went as planned..maybe better than planned..give me a break...we know a lemon when we see it...don\'t fall for that crap for a second...pray for change

Haz\'s comments are ridiculous. As loyal as he wants to be (and I respect that) there comes a point where being loyal to one guy is being disloyal to a whole team, the fans and the city itself.

I am still going to cheer this year for the Saints and hope they win all the way out. I am a Saint\'s fan, I am not a rational being, by definition.

BUT if Venturi and McCarthy are still here, I will not re-up on Sunday Ticket and I will send emails bombarding the Saint\'s organization about why.

In America, our only true vote is with our dollars. We can b**ch and moan but if we keep buying the product, they\'ll keep making it. So all y\'all moaning like I am, next year, boycott the team if you do not see the changes made.

When other teams have coordinators who fail, the head coaches step in and take the reigns. In New Orleans, when the worst defense in the league allows 141 yards rushing and 314 total yards of offense in the fist half the coach pats his D Coordinator on the back. M-I-C... K-E-Y....

I couldn\'t believe it either when I read what Haslett said a great job Venturi has been doing with the defense. How he don\'t mind giving up all that yardage. how we only held them to 20 pts. I want whatever Haslett is on, whatever it is it must be good.
