Not a very well written piece. Trying to cut and paste him talking about two different things into one quote. They were selling the article as "Brees Upset at Sproles Trade", but it sure seemed like he was talking much more about this coming year. At least they're smart enough to put a bikini distraction somewhere on the page.

Brees knew someone was going to take a hit when he demanded a large contract. Although, I don't think he is over paid.

Do people not realize that he's making what top tier QBs make now? I said it when signed that in two years we'll look at the deal as a bargain. And it is! What is now, 6th or maybe 7th highest paid QB? By the time this contract is up he won't even be top 10.
