To Honor those that have fallen on this Memorial Day

Please take a moment today to honor those that have fallen while serving our country and securing out freedom.

They were mothers, sisters, fathers, brothers, and husbands; that gave their lives so that others wouldn't have to.

Memorial Day isn't a celebration, it is a day to remember. If you tell a Vet "Happy Memorial Day", he may just remind you that he is still living.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

The family pays the ultimate price as a whole. the US government makes me feel ashamed for the treatment they get.

Support our vets and vote every last one of them out of office.

The family really does. After the dirt is thrown they are left with gestures, holes that can't be filled, and questions that are rarely answered honestly.

God bless you boys. I am addressing that to our beloved military. Not a bunch of over paid football players playing a game of battles.

Re: To Honor those that have fallen on this Memorial Day

We CAN do our part on Memorial Day...

May seem "political" in nature, but this is more of making things right in our beloved country...

There are two issues which all Americans should demand rectified...

Simple Solution to the VA embarrassment - Medicaid Part M - Eliminate the bureaucracy and expense of a VA government solution and pay for Veterans, Active Military families to geaux to the nearest, capable medical provider and pay 100%...

I, for one, lost my Dad, in no small part, because of VA incompetence with a contrite, smug comment from an administrative person at the New Orleans VA, "it's all about who you know..." - for veterans, this is totally unacceptable...

And while we're on Memorial Day, there's further unfinished business - do not let the four (4) lives that fell in Benghazi while their pleas for help and assistance were fell on the same bureaucratic incompetence and politics...

The honor of our veterans having served should not be spoiled or tarnished by those with selfish, narcissistic politicians who enjoy the freedom earned and sacrifices made by our veterans and their families and yet hold no regard or respect for same...

Do more than hang a flag outside your home today; write, post share and create fervor for positive change for all, especially our veterans...
