"The battle for the New Orleans Saints' starting center job officially begins Tuesday. Veteran Jonathan Goodwin will participate in Tuesday's organized team activities session after agreeing to terms Monday, according to a league source.

Goodwin, 35, will immediately compete with second-year offensive lineman Tim Lelito for the starting job. The 13-year veteran held this job for three seasons (2008-2010) in New Orleans after serving as Jeff Faine's backup from 2006-2007."
