Could it be that the defense is stepping it up some?

Remember how GW came in and his defense ***** slapped the offense? How did that work out? The offense grew a pair and fought back. We had some good things happen that year.

No way dude, if our offense looks good it's because our defense sucks. If our defense looks good it's because our offense sucks. That is the way it is in TC and OTAs

Our defense beats out our offense for the most part every year. I don't know if the rules are structured in favor of the D or what but even in 2012 when our defense sucked they beat out our O in camp. I wouldn't worry.

Its more to do with the fact that the offense takes longer to gel than the defense

There has been a lot of change on offense, no lance moore, no sproles, no graham yet
it means that brees has to get his timing down with these new guys and also get used to how they run routes, because the player might be faster and brees needs to account for that

with the defense there are some concepts and schemes that guys have to learn, but it doesnt take as near as long as the offense does

I'm not jumping to any conclusions, just always concerned about Brees and interceptions.
