A few things I'm thinking about this are that you could just list the WR position once, type in six names in any order. All of those fellows are going to get a decent amount of playing time and contribute much.

Same thing for our safeties.

Maybe save those POS letters for our place kicker(s).

I think you meant the WR's to look like this

WR: Colston, Cooks, Toon, Tanner/Jones
WR: Stills, Morgan, Meachem, Coleman/Hawkins/Palmer

NO WAY Coleman is that high, even on your projection. And he'd definitely not be over Morgan (you have Coleman in the first 6, and Morgan is after that). I personally think Coleman is in a fight for practice squad with Seantavius Jones, with Jones being the better WR. Only thing Coleman has going for him is his height, since you can't teach that

New Orleans Saints projected 53-man roster after second preseason game | Larry Holder | NOLA.com

Holder seems to agree that the Victor Butler experiment is done...

Know Morgan had the big streaking catches, but I can't trust his health...

Looks like Rufus is gone and we're keeping ten (10) linebackers and ten (10) defensive backs...

Just don't see how Pierre Warren doesn't make this team; he's played his tail off...

Sunseri physically is outmatched and only has highlights against what should be an awful Titans squad...

The mental errors are going to cost some great physical talents their jobs...

Wasn't all that impressed with SeaJones; Coleman looked better but he'd better turn in the highlight reels this week...

Wouldn't overlook RB Derrick Strozier - Payton sure is giving him some opportunities...

I noticed in the 1st game Strozier got the call on some tough plays, the catch he made was a tough play. I agree that Payton is giving him opportunities. I see more of Sproles type in him than in Cadet. If he gets the playbook down and produces when called on, he has a chance to make the 53. I also noticed he does the little things fairly well, the kid has upside. I'm pulling for him.

I'm not sure what other injury VB has or if his knee is not yet 100%, but he really needs to get out there next two pre season games and show us what he got. Otherwise, its time to move on.

JeanPierre yours and many others roster projections have Stills above Cooks. Does anyone really have any doubt that Cooks will be our first option at WR and lead the WR core in all statistical categories? Also if Joe Morgan is healthy isn't he a lock? Personally I think he is better than Stills if he's healthy which he is as of now.

Colston and Stills on the outsides as our #1 and #2 with Cooks as our slot receiver. He'll be playing the role that Lance Moore did in our offense

This is ridiculous in my opinion. First he'll be guarded by the other teams best corner. Moore drew nickel backs. He will catch a lot of the screens that Sproles used to. He will line up everywhere like Bush did and well get him the ball in a million different ways. Cooks is a top-notch true #1 WR. Comparing him or his role to Lance Moore is way off. Game 1 Cooks will start over either Colston or Stills and unless hurt will start all 16 games.

It's a rookie thing and he did have a terrible drop from Griffin; should be good fuel moving forward...

Yes, Cooks looks like the goods...

I'd have Cooks, opposite Colston, isolated wide out so that he can use that speed in obvious mismatches, and there will be mismatches...

Stills is an upgrade in the slot over Moore, and that's where I'd play him or even Colston with his size; but yes, Cooks needs to be out wide where we can isolate, destroy...

I don't trust Morgan's health at all; nice guy, really, really great guy, but I don't trust his health; and in this league you need guys that can play more than seven to nine games per season...
