Hope he has good advisers and doesn't geaux overboard on his new plane...

But, this is his last big contract...

He might get a high yield one year deal if he's close to HOF record breaking that could be completed with the Saints...

Let's geaux get us a Lombardi...

No, the last three months were about the NFLPA challenging a portion of the CBA just like they did when Brees was tagged two years ago. There was no doubt the deal would get done and there was no reason to do it any sooner than today.
