Who's fault is it if your assistant coaching staff rides the short bus to work each day? Ownership or does the coach have 100% say over who his staff is? Obviously, Haz has had the air taken out of his sails. The buck stops with the head coach, it has to stop somewhere. Should you have to or can you excite professional adults to perform at a higher level? Everyone agrees there is talent on this team. What has changed over that past couple of years for Haz? I once again mention the importance of having a field leader. Who has emerged as that leader on the field? Obviously our issues go beyond abilty to play the game, of course we have our weak spots. I am just throwing this out there to see thoughts.
I think it is time for him to go, but any thoughts as to what has happened from playoffs to the dungeon?
