If ESPN's Randy Mueller is supposed to be a consideration for the job of president in Cleveland, how come Kansas City's Bill Kuharich is not? Kuharich is the guy who put together the Saints for that 2000 playoff run, a year after he was canned by the team -- and they haven't been back since. Mueller was given credit for the success in 2000, but it was Kuharich who assembled the core of that club.
From Clark Judge. If so, why are we crying for Mueller to come back over Kuharich?

I hope you know I am not saying I don\'t want Randy back, cause I do. But why wouldn\'t we try to get Huharich back? I hear more people clamoring for Randy.

Kuhuric was a Mickey Loomis type, but not as good at the cap and maybe a bit better at personnel. He was part of the \"three-headed monster\": Mora, Terry O\'Neil and he. He did such a great job that the tem went 3-13 in 1996, the year mora quit and a then went 6-10, 6-10 and 3-13 with Ditka as HC.

To say that Kuhuric had anything to do with the 2000 playoff run is insane.

Thanks Scotty, that about sums it up for me.

When I was looking at the article all I could think was \"Mario Bates\". To this day, I think that Bates had naked pictures of somebody\'s wife to keep his job for so long.

By the way, I\'m not cracking on you at all Whodi. I think Mr. Judge has taken leave of his senses. It looks to me like Bill is doing pretty much the same at Kansas City, totally neglecting key positions on a potential playoff team.

Bill Kuhariak was as clueless as LoomBoom. He is in a system whare Carl Peterson calls the Football operations shots and Little Billy orders the pens and paper from Office Max. The most important decision he makes is whether to use the recycled paper or the Hammermill bond for the copier. Peterson is the real power behind the throne. And Peterson knows FOOTBALL. Neither Kuhariak nor LoomBoom have the slightest idea about how to run the front office of a football franchise. Had Finks lived another 3-4 years in good health, Bill K might have matured into a Finks clone. Sadly, Jim departed much too early and left us with Clueless Billy.

My money is on Scott Pioli or a Charley Casserly student. The problem, I think, is that Arnold FieldCow (Benson\'s personal choice for administration) wants to run a football franchise like one of Benson\'s Car Dealerships. I believe he has most of the power, both formally and informally. That\'s because he has Benson\'s ear. Benson trusts FieldCow because FieldCow sold cars for Benson, and that\'s what Benson knows best, selling cars.

So, the bottom line is, whoever is brought in as GM, HC, O&D Coordinators, need to think like car salesmen, and not football coaches. Then the players can ride onto the field in Toyotas, Chevys, or Hummers. They may not be able to play worth a damn, but they \"look good\" in the cars.

Truth is that most of the stumblebums that the Saints have would not be successful washing cars, much less selling them.
