from what I have seen he's going to be and should be our number 2. Not that Luke has done anything to lose his spot but we're not going to be able to hide Griffin any longer.

Easily the most promising young QB we've had in the Payton era, in fact you probably have to go all the way back to Aaron Brooks to find the last time we had a young QB with real starter potential.
I doubt we are looking to trade him now, or at all. They burned a roster spot last year just to keep him from getting claimed off the practice squad. |

The kid is talented. No way to know how good he is in the NFL until they put him on the field.
