We probably wouldn't give it to charities. That's where all of the player fines go.

Fining him this much when no one was hurt is somewhat frippen ridiculous. I do agree he shouldn't dunk the ball. But this is just another example of the NFL having its collective head shoved up its ass.

Fines are not arbitrary. They were collectively bargained. Any fine associated with the first unsportsmanlike conduct penalty is a set at $11,025. Any additional penalty of the same type is $22,050. Thus the total of $33,075 is exactly what the NFLPA agreed to in the CBA. You may want to put the blame on the NFLPA, instead.
