I can think of a couple of assistant coaches that couldn't hack it in Dallas but they did ok in their next jobs.

Cut the guy for a reason the first time. He can't stay healthy, he has no pass rush moves as an outside guy, and he's just not on the same level as our top 3 inside guys.
