Make or Break Game 1

There is a radical difference between being 1-0 1-0 1-0 (Overall, Division, Conference) than 0-1, 0-1, 0-1.

Losing this game may make it impossible to win the division, and/or put us at a disadvantage on homefield if playoffs are a possibility.

Face it, this will be a long season if, with all the investment in upgrades and stability for key positions, we lose to a team that hopes to start rebuilding next year.

We better win, win comfortably, and sport no serious injuries, because watching Spain's 4th level down semi-professional soccer league will be less painful.

I must respectfully disagree.
Losing this game may make it impossible to win the division, and/or put us at a disadvantage on homefield if playoffs are a possibility.
Nothing is impossible after a single game, win or lose. And while I agree that there is a disadvantage in terms of homefield, that disadvantage can only be manifest at the point where the competition is 16-0 or 15-1

Trust me, the Falcons do not think they are rebuilding. The delusional pervasive mindset is that last year was a fluke fueled by injuries and with the return of players healthy, they will return to Winning the South and HFA.

This has been a rare occurrence of late. While the Saints have been very successful in recent years, each game is a fight to the finish.

Shades of Aaron Brooks! I attended that 45-17 beatdown. Loved having only Saints fans in the stands at the end of the game.

I predict it'll be closer. Something like 27-17 or 31-14 Saints.

Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good.

This isn't a long season its only 16 games.

Every win counts. I also think to many people are under-estimating.

I disagree, that this game is a make or break game. You don't have to win all the division games to win the division; and I really doubt that the team is under-estimating or over-looking the Falcons.

My IPO will be a bigger blow-out.

But then, I'm not facing Flabby Lice and the Hooli-zero Band.
