I not did have the benefit of expert game analysis of the media (sarcasm) and was not on B & G live chat to get your feedback (usually pretty good), so I haven't heard the million dollar answer as to why we missed so many tackles, had no rush against a below average line (that added another injury), or had safeties playing center field all day

From where I sat we were in nickel and dime a lot. Corey White was on the field all day, and KV and Byrd were way off the ball.

Where were the adjustments? We blitz White off the edge once and it works, and they we go vanilla again. Very disappointing defensive effort. We have 3 number 1's starting, and have spent in FA to get Lewis, Byrd, Hawthorne & Lofton.
It's time our defense became more than just an amenity

You seem to have all the facts already. Sad effort and sad defensive coaching. Zero adjustments! It's like they were still in pre-season playing vanilla.

Everyone is knocking the pass rush but Ryan was dropping back 5yds and releasing the ball immediately. If we rush 4 the coverage has got to hold up for longer.

Weird because in the preseason we were able to get to the QB pretty well without having to blitz.

Ryan was dropping 5yds fixing himself a sandwich calling his girlfriend/wife before throwing the ball and still had time to spare.
