We have beat the negatives to death. One big bright spot I saw was Cooks. He seemed to be everything as advertised. If he keeps it up he will be ROY easy. Love what I see so far.

Yeah but we didn't win, what's the point?!?!?! I heard it on this site first, the Brees-Peyton era is OVER. Teach him to play CB or trade him for Bailey or Ty Law

Agreed, he was a positive. He will be exciting to watch and teams will definitely take note.

I knew he would be doing something, but I did not think he was going to be THAT awesome, that soon. I don't think we've had a rookie come out and make an INSTANT splash like that, since maybe Reggie Bush, that I can remember.

Not a good comparison; Bush didn't have as sudden an impact as Cooks did or will.

His first catch was sweet! This is only the start, we need him to be a big contributor

Brees missed on a couple throws, he under threw Morgan and let the DB knock it away, would have been a TD

I don't think they even scratch the surface on Cook's ability. he going to be even more special than sproles when Brees gain more trust in him

Cooks played smart as well. Reggie & Sproles would not have fair-caught those punts, and on the end around he just took what was there.
