boy their the toast of the media. oh but wait they havent beaten a winning team in their 5 game winning streak.
sanfran arizona tampa new orleans and st.louis

the media wants them to win amd so their the talk right now.
they suck

...you place 14 players in IR half way through the season, including #1 WR, #1 and #2 RB, stud DL-man...
...your SLB is coming returning to the game after taking a season
...your starting RB was your 6th RB at season\'s start...
...half way through the season you are -7...
....at one point your punte is kicking field goals...
... your staring MLB is out for 3 games with a concussion...
...you QB (who some say is a perennial clipboard holder) is playing with a fractured thumb...

..and here you are winning 5 on a row, with a chance not only to end above .500, but to go to the playoffs...

.. maybe the media darling should be an underachieving, no heart team???

Win or lose, Carolina is a better TEAM than Atlanta, I can tell you that much.

PS - there AREN\'T any winning teams in the NFC, how can they have beaten winning teams? ATL and Philly - who else?

whodat i wasnt talking only about the nfc ( although that is the only teams they played in that stretch) i was just saying they really hadnt beaten anyone. but your point is a good one there really isnt anyone to beat in the nfc but philly

Was a great game and a heck of a run by the Panthers, though. I enjoyed hearing about Carolina\'s little \"streak\" alot more than the constant Terrell Owens inundation. I guess the media will have to climb back on his jock now...

It was avery entertaining game last nite. Those damn cats seem to find a way to be in it at the end every week. Good football.

that and the fact the media freaking kisses vicks ass.... i know i heard his name 20 times in the second quarter....

he was like 3 for 12 with 1 td and 20 yds in the first half...

they really want him to win....

dejavue. If we beat ATL god i pray we do, it\'ll be two out of three years Carolina gets a shot at breaking our hearts again. at least it isnt in out backyard this time. I hate to say this but looks like Haz gave some helluva motivational speech midway through the season these guys have picked it up the D has been playing good, BUT VENTURI SHOULD STILL GO THAT WAY WE CAN PLAY GOOD THE WHOLE YEAR!!!!!!!!! HAZ CAN STAY BUT MIKE AND RICK GOT TO GO MAN THEY JUST HAVE TO GO.... ITS ALL I ALONG WITH THE WHOLE STATE OF LA WANTS FOR CHRISTMAS....but our luck we want some heads fired and then the team makes the playoffs then we go 4-12 next year .. oops we had a bad year then they get one more year WILL THIS ERA EVER :casstet: END???!!!!? :casstet:

History - and the magic 8-ball on my desk - says no.

Hopes and prayers - we\'ll see.

But our recent showing against Atlanta convinces me we can beat them, assuming we bother to cover Alge Crumpler next time. I\'d like to say there were promising outlooks from last time we played Carolina, but I\'m not sure we\'ve ever played that badly before. I\'m honestly more worried about Carolina than Atlanta.
