We tried to sign the 49ers LB coach a couple years back, but harbaugh stopped the talks being allowed

Wasn't that when we were looking for the new coordinator? We also tried to get the Georgia coordinator...

Yeah that's right, but good positional coaches becoming D coordinators still manage to make those positions better because they have all the experience to know what will work

SP and RR continually harp on how good vitt is and he's not once developed a linebacker for us

We've resorted to bringing in LB's in free agency because he can't do his job right.

If things don't improve (WINNING) down in the Big Easy, I think a lot of coaches will be packing up the U Haul next season & looking for work elsewhere.
