Who needs to be replaced in the Organization??
 

I an curious as to who you guys think ought to be replaced on the staff next year. I don't have a clue as to who some of the replacements would be. But I believe we all would welcome some staff/coaching changes. One rule of this thread is that Hazlett is safe. Who goes and who replaces them?

1. GM -Scott Pioli
2. O-Coordinator ?
3. D-Coordinator-Mike Singletary or Sam Mills
4. Director Player Personnel ?
5. LB Coach ?
6. DB Coach-Venturi
7. QB Coach ?
8. O-Line Coach ?

Any Ideas?? Don't look at players/just coaches-staff

A few points:

1. I strongly object to these types of threads coming out the week of what is essentially a playoff game. We\'ll have months in the offseason to talk about these type of moves. Threads like this should be put off until the season is officially over, which may be for a few weeks if everything breaks right.

2. Pioli is locked up by NE. He signed a new contract.

3. The guy for GM that\'s available but unfortunately happily retired is Ron Wolf.

4. Benson/Fieldkow are the convergence of forces that makes for bad mojo. They collectively are too loyal (Venturi), too cheap (firing Haslett or possibly assistant coaches), and too controlling (letting Mueller go then hiring Loomis who really isn\'t a personnel guy) to make good decisions. They need to get a great football guy in the GM\'s chair then leave him to the football side. They had that with Mueller, but then the bad mojo raised its ugly head.

My bet is that the only move is that Venturi gets reassigned probably moving upstairs. My second bet is that if the team beats Carolina, then GB, then absolutely nothing changes.
