New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton announced Tuesday that the team had signed tight end Tom Crabtree and placed wide receiver Joe Morgan on the reserve/suspended list.

Well he obviously did something to piss coach off. Maybe the reason we haven't seen him this year. John Jenkins finally got off the **** list and is starting to contribute.

They signed TE Tom Crabtree in the wake of Morgan being added to the Reserve/Suspended list...

I'm thinking Crabtree must be a really good blocker...

We have 5 WR's still on the active roster, and Coleman and Jones on the PS. We'll be fine.

Morgan may be related to the DUI they never suspended him from that. May just have concluded.

I'm thinking we may be in the market for a WR or two come this offseason. The Nick Toon experiment is done and I don't see him back next year. Meachem has a whole 4 receptions this season and has been pretty nonexistent. Now Morgan is suspended, for whatever reason, which can't bode well for him.

There's always Brandon Coleman and Seantavius Jones on the PS and maybe they'll develop more. Both have great size at 6'6 and 6'3, respectively. But I can see us taking a later round WR in the draft as well
